Thursday and Friday Activities

Reporting on Thursday's fitness activities--I went for my usual walk by the bay. I really enjoy listening to my new MP3 player that Lolly got me for Christmas. It really helps me to 'walk to the beat' and the time goes by fast! Love it! I swam one mile last night, and once again, it felt great. I forgot to bring my water bottle, though--so I made sure to drink from the fountain afterwards, so as to not become dehydrated. I always reward myself by going into the steam room and hot tub after my swim. Nice way to relax. I actually got to bed fairly early last night--9:45. Yea!!!

Today, Friday, I got up at 4:00 as usual, and went to the gym, having a good workout. Had a tough time on the elliptical at first, then got goin' after a while. I said that I push myself, and I do. Later on, I did my 45-minute walk by the bay. Yea---I ended the week with a perfect record--three times at the gym, two times at the pool and five times walking. Tomorrow, I have plans to go biking and swimming. Hey this is addicting!!!
